Fans may dive headfirst into the nuclear holocaust all the way to the gates of Parliament in this DLC-sized extension.  Additionally, in a fresh development update, however, creator Dean Carter stated that the characters based on Queen Elizabeth and King Charles are being removed. After the passing of Queen Elizabeth II on September 8, 2022, Fallout: London swiftly tweeted that the intended character would be dropped. In concept art, Queen Elizabeth and King Charles are both portrayed as “ghouls,” Fallout’s version of zombies, which are essentially people who became mutated after the nuclear bombs detonated on October 23, 2077.
