This picture confirms that Navi31 will feature an MCM (Multi Chip Module) design housing 6 MCDs and 1 GCD. The package size comes out to be 55×47.5mm or 2612 mm² though the actual die size is estimated to be 533mm² based on previous leaks. Angstronomics shared the specifications for AMD’s Navi31 GPU a while back. This was the largest leak we received till date regarding RDNA3.

RDNA3, What Do We Know So Far

The RDNA3 microarchitecture offers a major leap in performance along with increased efficiency across the board. RDNA3 features the next generation of Infinity Cache, a modified Graphics Pipeline along with a re-architectured Compute Unit. All such improvements generation on generation are tipped to offer a massive leap not just in raw vectorized performance, but also in ray tracing workloads.
